Towards the end of our trip we repeated this experience at the Seibu store on Shibuya, also on the 8th floor and we were equally delighted. The Sushi was one of the best of our stay in Japan, almost at par with the one at Sushi Zanmai, but cheaper. Only my beer and my final ice cream were delivered by a person, but the Sushi parade came on the belt. We were seated at a table and immediately started to select our choices on the screen in front of us, and then our Sushi arrived one after the order on the moving belt. Our waiting of about 20+ minutes worked out with just enough time before the restaurant was about to stop taking orders at 10 pm. The long waiting line outside at the same pushed us away and appealed to our curiosity, but finally decided to take our chances. I persuaded her to check on the 8th floor. By that time my Wife was ready to settle on anything but. Noticing that Seibu had two Food Floors we first went to the 7th floor. We arrived at this restaurant by accident after walking around looking for an appealing restaurant for quite some time.
