Recent work includes the Warhammer Global Ident, the grimdark noir 40k series Interrogator, as well as the brutal & bloody fantasy series Blacktalon with a 100+ piece orchestra & choir. He has worked extensively in the UK with massive orchestras & choirs at AIR & Abbey Road Studios in London, as well Peter Gabriel's RealWorld Studios in Bath. In 2019 Jonathan began a creative relationship with Games Workshop's massively successful Warhammer science fiction/fantasy brand. The dark cyber thriller featured his deep exploration into cutting edge analog synthesis and was nominated for the 2020 Daytime Emmy awards for "Outstanding Music Direction & Composition for a Drama or Digital Drama Series". Jonathan composed all of the authentic 1920s style period music for THE CHAPERONE (PBS Masterpiece) starring/produced by Elizabeth McGovern and Julian Fellowes (Downton Abbey) Jonathan was nominated for an Emmy for his original score for DARK/WEB (Amazon Prime). Jonathan next scored SUPERSTITION (SYFY), a supernatural series starring Mario Van Peebles. The film received a theatrical release prior to airing on PBS. Masterpiece, Altus Media, and Rose Pictures produced the film, with PBS Distribution distributing it. In May 2017, it was announced Michael Engler would direct the film, instead of Curtis, who remained as executive producer on the film. Fox Searchlight Pictures would distribute the film. In February 2013, it was announced Elizabeth McGovern would star in the film, with Simon Curtis directing from a screenplay by Julian Fellowes, based upon the novel by Laura Moriarty, with McGovern, Curtis, Eli Selden, and Adam Shulman producing under their Anonymous Content banner.
